We are often taught to serve the need of another before practicing self awareness. We are often taught to stop our flow of breath before we ease into who we are. We are often taught to put our life on hold while a drama takes over.

We may re-educate ourselves to live in sync and do away with the holic. We may re-educate ourselves to be fully adjusting and do away with the interference. We may re-educate ourselves to be fluid and do away with the rules.

We are often taught to block our chi – to put problems in where tantra would resolve. We are often taught to clock our time – to put issue in where self assurance would true. We are often taught to cock our being – to put alias in where breathing would cure.

We may re-educate ourselves to quit drama – to earth down rather than play up. We may re-educate ourselves to quit teaching – to show learning rather than insist on it. We may re-educate ourselves to quit adulthood – to play with life rather than control it.

We are often taught to bill for time – to quit honest communication with ourselves and mess up our body’s natural ability to maintain itself. We are often taught to bill for work – to quit honest pacing and mess up our mind’s ability to play happy families. We are often taught to bill for what we can – to quit honest living and mess up our spirit’s ability to soar well.

We are often taught to put money before welfare. We are often taught to put dishonesty before well-being. We are often taught to put business before welcome within.

We are often taught to keep a bee in our bonnet and live with its irritation. We are often taught to keep up appearances and fail our own breathing test. We are often taught to keep up fake ideals and succeed at failing ourselves.

We are often taught to breathe as though extreme caution is necessary. We are often taught to eat as though deliberate harm is necessary. We are often taught to drink as though forcing oral fixation is necessary.

We may re-educate ourselves. We may become sentinels. We may become registered keepers of our own welfare.

We may re-educate our patterns. We may consume in truth. We may breathe in love.
