We are often taught to deny ourselves – to hide our truth with a lie that acts like a mask.

We are often taught to disguise our true nature – to shield our eyes from the love of all that is.

We are often taught to distract ourselves – to lean out of alignment and into a turmoil of temptations and traumas.

How are we supposed to rectify that?

We are often taught to depend on lies to fulfill ourselves – rather than breathe into all that we are in every moment.

We are often taught to depend on behaviours that lie to us – rather than breathe will all that we are into now.

We are often taught to depend on substances that criminalise us – rather than breathe easily as though we’re meant to be aces that need no races.

How are we supposed to rectify that?

We are often taught to expect a need to be met that isn’t real to us – rather than breathe out of the dilemma and drop the tension.

We are often taught to navigate problems that seem real to us – rather than breathe in the essence of life and let it go.

We are often taught to invent issues that define us – rather than breathe fully with the gusto of one in full confidence of their truth.

How are we supposed to rectify that?

Easy …

Imagine giving up the most precious thing you have and being okay once the pressure drops and all is settled in.

Imagine giving up the most lethal thing you do and being okay once the pattern changes and all is settled down.

Imagine giving up the most deadly poison you’re attached to and being okay once the clouds clear and all is settled up.

Imagine stepping into each moment as if it is a perfect vibrational match for you at that time (for reasons that may never make sense, or only after a period of time).

Imagine stepping into each action as if it is exactly right for you in that moment (for reasons that may seem valid or invalid).

Imagine stepping into each breath as if it holds you perfectly well (for reasons that may or may not fit your expectations, suspicions or beliefs).

Imagine holding on to the burden that comes with being out of alignment and blowing on it gently til all the gravity becomes weightless.

Imagine holding on to all the responsibility that comes from not being present and kissing it softly til all the problems become meaningless.

Imagine holding on to all the bullshit that comes from being bias and dissing it swiftly so all the gunk and junk stop being precious.

Avalon Welfare asks us to put ourselves in our own power.

Avalon Welfare asks us to drop the nonsense and be free.

What is the joy of living when the living is a pain in our system?

What is the joy of breathing when the breathing is a strain in our joints?

What is the joy of experiencing when the experiencing is dictated as either fitting or not fitting with dogma?

What is the effort in living when the breathing takes care of the messages?

What is the effort of breathing when the experiencing is full of relish?

What is the effort of experiencing when the fullness of being our own person takes over everything?

Aye aye aye

Whoopy whoopy doo

We’re only here for a moment at a time

So why live like we’re screwed?

Aye aye aye

Whoopy whoopy hay

We’re only here as people

So why live like we’re god?

Aye aye aye

Whoopy whoopy ha

We’re only here as guests

So why live like we’re businesses?

Why have a business when we can live with our nature?

Why have a bank account that drafts us into imperfection

when we can live by magic hat?

Why have a credit and debit system that complicates us into illness

when we can live by family motto?

A family of rainbow

A family of fun

A family of nurture

A family of truth

A tribe of breathing sentinels

A tribe of born-again-each-momentees

A tribe of boundless energists

A tribe of beauty-oozing sobers

A culture of love and adventure

A culture of happy and go-well

A culture of live in your element

A culture of love in your space

A new way of living is here

An old way of living is redundant

A blend can happen here now

And the residue taken care of in a forest bathe.

What’s left?

Shake it about?

What’s left?

Colour it in?

What’s left?

Sniff it and smile?

My oh my

What a transformation can be

No more need to be needy

Just space to be free.
